Catherine's Corner, a totally renovated 1800's Victorian in Genesee Depot is home to Pals Ice Cream Shoppe & Grille and Lilies Place, a coffee & wine cafe. The building was designed to maintain its original character & charm. A patio & deck with a covered gazebo extend the shared indoor seating.
The main level includes Pals, serving homemade ice cream, a variety of lunch and dinner entrees, weekly specials, homemade soups and more. Michael Drout opened the Delafield Subway in 1992 and the Wales Subway restaurant in 1998. Michael has lived in Wales for 25 years. He actively serves the community as fire lieutenant.
At Subway our products are made fresh with high quality ingredients and we offer healthy options. On our catering menu, we offer a wide selection of items: Giant Party Subs; Sandwich Party Platters; and Cookie Platters. Delivery is available for large local orders.
